Congratulations on all of your hard work. Now it is time to really hone your skills through Mentor Coaching with a true coach’s coach. My mentor coaching goes far beyond helping you get your practice started. I will listen to your skills, give you direct feedback and help you prepare for the exams that are now required by the ICF.

I have been the Managing Director of Coaching for Coach Academy Texas since its inception and I know the requirements of ICF and of their examination process.

My experience supervising coach training and Mentor Coaching has given me expert skills in listening to coaching sessions. My mentees say they are amazed at the depth of feedback they receive. I have never had a mentee not pass their ICF exams and I will work with you until you do too.

ICF applicants are required to have 10 hours of mentor coaching over 3 a month period ...

If you’re like most people, you don’t want to waste time and effort and would rather take the fastest route to success. And, now you can.

My Mentor Coach Program covers all the essentials that you need to meet the ICF’s requirements for your ACC, PCC or MCC. It fully satisfies ICF’s Mentor Coaching requirements.

This 3-month process includes:

1. The Full Program contracted at the beginning and paid in 2 payments; $2000.00; $1000.00 at the time of the first session, and $1000.00 at the time of the sixth session.
2.  By the session Individual Mentor coaching for Ten hours; $240.00 or $2400.00
3. An Individual Mentor Coaching session without commitment; $250.00
4. One Session Competency Assessment: $300.00
5. Combination of 7 Group Coaching and 3 Individual Coaching sessions; (Minimum 5 members in the group maximum 10); $1250.00; $625.00 due session one and $625 due session 6.
6. Individual Coaching sessions after taking the Group coaching option: $175.00 per session.

Included in the 10 hour courses (individual or group) is:

• One session completely focused on the ICF exam
• A letter to ICF from me(when you have achieved mastery at your level), to be included in your application, recommending you for the ACC, PCC or MCC credential

You will also learn:

• The very first thing the assessors will be looking for in your oral exam.
• The very last thing the assessors will be looking for in your oral exam.
